Registration Procedure
Dance Impressions uses industry-leading dance registration software to store information securely and allow you to register and pay for classes based on availability. In order to register through this system, you will be required to enter a valid credit card. However, please note that you will not be charged, unless you desire to select a recurring billing option at the end of the registration process (see more about billing here. Rest assured, entering your financial information is secure and won't display. In fact, Dance Impressions is unable to view credit card information that is entered by our families through this software.

As for class registration, our system allows you to search by dance genre and time. If you would like to reference the full schedule visually click on the link below. Please note that classes fill quickly. Students interested in full classes will be placed upon a waiting list. We will create new classes based according to our wait list needs.

Online Access: Once you register, you can access your account at any time and make your payments online as well. For access, or to stay updated, simply click on the "My Account" home icon at the top of the page and create an account if you've not done so already.

A non–refundable annual class registration fee of $35 per student or $55 per family is due upon registration.
Tuition is based on the dance year (September - May…Please refer to Studio Calendar for specific dates.) and divided into equal payments regardless of how many classes are in each month. These monthly fees are averaged over the school year taking into consideration five-week months and holidays.
We offer an “early tuition” discount of $10 off when your tuition is paid by the 15th of the preceding month (meaning October tuition is due before September 15th).
The “Early Tuition Rate” of $10 off will be charged if paid by the 15th. To receive this “early tuition rate” payments must be made by the 15th.
After the 15th of the preceding month you will be charged the “regular rate” tuition.
If tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month, you will be charged an additional late fee of $5.
No credit is given for absences or vacations. Payment is expected for all classes, even if you have to miss class because of illness, school function or quit the class in the middle of the month. Tuition is due on time, even if your child did not attend class during the payment week.
All tuition is non-refundable. Payments may be made by check, credit card, or cash, in person or at either studio. All checks should be made to Dance Impressions. There is a $15 fee for all returned checks, and thereafter will not be resubmitted to the bank.

When amounts are posted to your family account each month, the proper amount will be billed automatically based on our tuition schedule. Tuition is calculated by the sum total of a family's account and hours.

There is an annual registration fee of $35 per student, or $55 per family, that is due at the time of registration.

The Winter Showcase fee is $50 per routine, per dancer, which includes a basic holiday attire that each dancer will keep. This Winter Showcase fee is due October 15.

For your convenience, our registration system has the ability to auto-debit a credit card account (VISA and MasterCard).
To enable this function, you will see a question towards the end of the registration process which asks your permission to do this. While we recommend authorizing automatic payments, this is completely optional.
*Please note: a 4.1% credit card processing fee will be automatically charged on all credit card transactions.

We also offer ACH draft directly from your bank account. For security purposes, please download the ACH Authorization form below and then manually mail/return it to either studio so we can help you enroll in the ACH option. Please do not email your ACH form.

ACH and automatic credit card recurring billing payments are drafted on the 15th of each preceding month to guarantee that you receive the early rate tuition.
You are also always welcome to pay by cash, check or credit card at either studio location.
